Field
Support Services
Malibu Research Associates, Inc. (MRA) offers field support
services to perform on-site alignments, calibrations, repairs
or subsystem replacement. Since field support is most often
requested based on emergency needs, MRA can typically have a
field support engineer on-site within twenty-four (24) hours
of notification. MRA field engineers can provide support for
both MRAs products and systems manufactured by other vendors.
Upgrades
In addition to providing upgrades to its product line, MRA has
extensive experience in upgrading products manufactured by other
vendors. Upgrades can often be provided at a relatively low
cost, with little down-time, and in a short period of time.
MRA has extensive knowledge in upgrading control units, servo
systems, drive motors, etc.

Maintenance
MRA offers one-time and/or yearly maintenance services for MRA
products and systems manufactured by other vendors. Maintenance
contracts can be established over several years, ensuring yearly
scheduled maintenance is provided in a timely manner.|
Repair
MRA keeps a significant inventory of spare parts for all of
its telemetry antenna systems and thus spare parts can typically
be delivered in a short period of time. In many cases MRA can
deliver a spare part within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.
MRA has the capability of reverse engineering fabricated parts,
components, and electrical subassemblies, providing the ability
to repair systems manufactured by other vendors.
